Blueberry Pomegranate Protein Smoothie

I found this recipe via Pinterest from .  It is very filling and tastes fabulous! I personally add 1 Tbs of ground flaxseed to mine.
 ~5 Minutes Prep Time ~Serves 2 ~250 Calories ~ 14g Protein


  • 1 cup
    cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 3/4 cup (6 oz.)
    AllWhites® egg whites
  • 1 1/2 cups
    fresh ripe blueberries
  • 1/2 cup
    pomegranate juice


  • Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth.
